My first cycle was Test Cyp 300mg/wk for 12 weeks + aromasin for pct. This was in a cutting cycle, but it was all I had access to at the time. Kept my mass on and actually added a slight bit of lean muscle while getting ripped.
I am thinking of the following for my second cycle (I have access to these and would like to make the most out of them):
week 1-6 d-bol 10mg/day + 300mg test cyp/week
week 7-12 winistrol 1 tab/day + 300 mg test cyp
Run aromasin for full course and PCT @ 12.5 mg/day and liver support+phytochemicals and quality diet and sups.
The goal is to put on some more lean muscle while keeping protein high and carbs moderate (timing of carbs is controlled).
I am done competing for a few years after seven years of competing as a natural lightweight and I am simply looking to add some more quality size.
Feedback from experienced users would be welcome.?

how did you like test for cutting? what was your starting/ending weight diffrence?

I would choose the dbol and long ester test myself....no need for winny for your second run, plus your not competing for a bit and you wanna put size on anyways...
1-6 30mgs dbol ed, if you want that kick start
1-12 250mgs Test e x2 per wk
.....I always preach these simple cycles, I know, but they are effective with VERY minimal sides (if any at all) ;)
I'd pick one oral or the other.
I'd up the test a bit to 400-500mgs.

your cycle looks fine, but I would drop the winny.
winny is terrible on your profiles and on your joints.
no point of making it complicated just keep it simple.
^ what they said. dont use winny.....no need.....

I started the test 3months out of my contest. I started at 9% bf (approx. I had good abs) and 160lbs. I went up to 170 in about 6 weeks (179 at night) and then competed at 156 at arond 4%, my leanest ever. I found I easily retained water while on and I had to run my diuretic much longer post-contest than before. I did a keto diet with massive amounts of protein via bison. My lifts in the gym increased until about 2 weeks out. I would say I have maintained lean muscle and gained some slight amount while dieting so it did the trick. I wonder if something would have been better in terms of water issues, though.

Response:
A month out post Nationals. I competed at 156 and I am now 180 and have slightly visible abs. Lifts are just now coming up again. I am 5' 9" and I have been competing non-stop for 7 years. I am coming on 40 and I am ready to grow. Done with competing (unless I get the urge again in the future). Simply training for my own personal goals and sense of well-being. I am just finished my PCT proticol and will be looking to start in a few weeks up until Christmas, then PCT into New Year.
Not sure if this helps, but I eat pretty clean, with 6-8 meals a day and 350+g of protein and I train a hybrid of DC and FST-7 styles, prefering to continue to up my lifts. I believe I have gone to my natural limitations. Thanks!

Dbol kickstart, or at week 6 for synergy.
Scrap winny.
