I know it takes around 4 weeks to feel the full effects of test enanthate. Would it be wise to try and cut down as much fat as possible till the test e kicks in, or i might as well keep bulking and cut down another time?

follow your original plan, what ever that was. before you know it you will be juiced up, and then before you know it, your cycle will be over.
but you should have probably been more fit before beginning, as the water retention isgoing to make you look like this:

LOL id say that pic the baby is slightly holding water in the face? maybe not? haha but its always obvious when someone with too high of BF bloats up. There cheaks look like a chipmunk. its a common thing seen in the big heavy boys at the gym. But at least there given a effort i geuss.

imo I would have lost the weight prior to starting my cycle....for what it's worth, it is winter basically so just continue on with it and keep up with the cardio and you'll be fine

Shit that baby needs a good dose of arimidex to keep the bloat down...
I would do something with this baby before its too late...

Ok, the yin and the yang.
You cannot cut down as much fat as possible, while bulking at the same time...kind of a logical idea when you think about it.
What is your BF%??
how tall are you?
How much do you weight?
If you are about to go and bulk up a little, then you might as well, go hard and strong. It does not mean pizza, it does not mean tons of open menues////it just means that you should try to maximize your gains as.

Dont try to do both. It will **** you in the end. Your on cycle now so just clean bulk. Worry about cutting afterwards. Dont worry about the etst not kicking in. The day you start just start eating big and clean and then once it works in it will be all good. At least thats what i would do. If i try cutting then bulking and all that its just to complicated and it will effect the amount of gains you make. Your ON so give your body all the fuel it needs to bulk and put on some mass. Cutting is easy anyways. Adjust your diet when your done pct and your good.

I concur!
As stated by all the above, stick with the bulk and clean diet. However, do not start cutting immediately after your bulk. You need to allow your body to establish a new set point in regard to your increased weight. IME that takes about 4 months. If you start cutting too soon you'll lose more mass than you'll appreciate.
