We use ground Turkey a lot, basically use it to replace hamburger in any recipe.

ground turkey washed first then fry up with a small amount of vigin olive oil. I put some onions in it and some garlic powder just a pinch. Its simple because i suck at cooking but its good quality protein and is down really quick because i cant wait to long im the kind of person who wants to EAT NOW>>>

make it like a really thick pasta sauce, cut up an onion, a zuchinni, some mushroooms, spinach, whatever veggies you like like. fry them up with some pepper and oregano, or any other spices, i like some cayenne, add the turkey and then when its all cooked throw in 1 cup or so of pasta sauce... then eat.

You don't really need to wash it...it's lean as is. I think there's only 3g of fat per 100g of turkey which has 20g of protein. So a 40g of protein serving would only have 7g.
I eat it all the time; just fry it in a nonstick frying pan with no oil then mix it with rice/lentils. Or just make some sort of pasta sauce and use with pasta
Turkey + lentils is the best combo ever. 150g of turkey + 1/3 cup lentils (uncooked) is ~45g protein, 40g carbs and like 5g fat. It's awesome.

Ground turkey with some brown rice and olive oil/vinegar dressing is a favorite of mine while cutting.
