The coach recognized my abilities and speed and made several comments about how amazed he was with my performance considering my relatively long hiatis from elite level sports.

Long story short, I got cut today as they shaved down to 14 forwards from 16.

I had a good run.

if it was a legit varsity team at a decent CIS university generally walk ons dont make it regardless if they deserve a spot so dont feel bad.
