Steroids in gyms

Over the years I've mostly gotten my gear in gyms. Do any of you who get it the same way feel like it's all shady? Guy usually waits until locker room is clear, then gives the a small bag of the stuff I asked for and I hand him money. I had this one guy who used to put it in a black water bottle full of tissue to avoid the clunking sound. He had given me the same bottle and I had to give him mine with the dough inside. Weird times.
