Finally decided to take the plunge and join you guys. Been lurking for a few months now and love this site.

Been training for a good 11 years now. Done plenty of cycles. I sit at 243 pounds with a bodyfat percentage about what you see in the pic.

Looking to learn and give my input where I could :hu
