Hey guys,

I've been using some TTE400 recently and been encountering wierd symptoms.

First was what I believe was an infection with a superimposed cellulitis. I had a painful injection site (right quad), pitting edema, whole upper leg swole up and actually got to the point where I had pitting edema over my shin bone aswell. It got treated with antibiotics which I am still on for a few other days now. After the antibiotics, the swelling came down drastically, but it took a few days for the lower leg edema to dissipate. Once the swelling was down, I noticed there was still a hard lump under the spot I had injected, it finally wore away after 1.5 weeks.

My second injection (left quad) was much better, was smooth as butter the night of and the day after. Around day two though, I began feeling a hard lump where I had injected. This time however, no redness, no swelling and no active pain, only had pain if I was actively stretching the muscle (not flexing it). It felt deep and very hard. Got gradually worse for about 2 days and then started reducing. As of now, 7th day after this injection, I still have some pain when flexing the muscle but nothing else.

Third injection. I figured maybe my quads and TTE400 don't really mix together. Decided to inject 1cc into the left delt, usually a problem-free site for me if I keep volumes low. First day no problem. Second day some soreness and hard mass felt directly under injection site again. Much less bothersome than in my quad however.

At this point, from the symptoms I'm getting it sounds like the first shot was a bad shot and actually infected myself. However, it also seems like I might be getting some reactions to the high concentration of the gear? Would you guys agree?

Anyhow, tonight for the 4th injection of the cycle I decided to cut it with some 150mg/cc bold cyp. I did 0.75cc TTE400 and 0.75cc bold-cyp. I calculated that gives me a concentration of 275mg/cc which should be less painful. I also took a long after hot shower pre and post injection to loosen up the muscles and help with oil dissipation. If I get the same type of picture I'm going to have to wonder...

My opinion: stop injecting that gear...

You really think its the gear and not just my body reacting to the high concentration with some inflammation at the injection site?

I know the first shot was infected, but it might of been a coincidence...the 2 subsequent shots didn't come anywhere close to causing any of the symptoms I had. No redness, no pitting edema, no fever, etc... just a hard lump under the injection site which appears on the 2nd-3rd day and takes about a week to dissapear.

Really curious on how this last shot which was cut with EQ is going to work out...

hmm,

1) I would be very concerned that it was the gear and not poor injection technique. At a minimum I would refilter the gear. I might be wrong but I'd err on the side of safety.

2) Test at 400 mg/ml hurts. I would cut it down with gso while I was refiltering it. The amount of solvents required to dissolve it is high and after the BA is leeched away by water in the first day the crystals crash in your muscle. Lower concentrations of test with adequate percentages of BB don't hurt as much. Simply cutting the test 400 may stilll leave you with the crashing problem additional BB may reduce this.

or alternately toss it and go w/ a 250 mg/ml test

You have effectively done 2 but you may want to consider 1.

The only pain free t400 is going to use eo, most do not and there's a few people who are allergic to the eo.

Mixing it may help and if it does...great. Myself, i cannot tolerate high dosed gear, so i do not even bother messing with it...

Yeah, maybe, but concentrations of 400mg/cc are notorious for pain. I don't think that's uncommon. I guess I'll have my answer in a few days...if this last injection does the same, I'll have to conclude its bad gear. Would suck since I got these from a reputable source at the same time I got some other gear which was legit...

T400 as a first cycle with a muscle thats never been poked would be so ****ing painful. Even reg old T.E 250 is painful your first go. If its glute you just sit on the opposite cheak for a few days and try not to appear weird. hahah

Never thought of that but why dont you try a glute shot it probobly would be less painful than delts sicne glutes can hold more volume and you could cut it even more and just run say 2-3 ml for instance at less mg/ml.

cost you like $15 to add some oil and refilter. cheaper than a bottle of antibiotics.

Little update...the last shot I did which was diluted down was only slightly painful for 1-2 days and nothing else happended. Problem fixed, not bad gear, just concentration hurts and probably crashing in my muscle.

There is a ton of hormone in TTE. Its probably crashing in the muscle causing the pain and discomfort, not everyone experiences it. Anything over 250mg/ml for a long ester is going to cause pain.

could it be a reaction to EO?
if its the TTE i am thinking it is..its EO based...have you had gear in EO before?

I'm getting pain now from one that isn't EO based, just high dose pain. I have had bad gear pain, it was bad.

Ive used lower dosed EO gear without problem...the TTE400 by itself is painful though. Once cut and proper heat applied, its good.

I second that

god damn did my ass hurt for my t400 cycle

I hear that!

Mixed mine 50/50 with an eo based 450 and it seems to have made it much less painfull.
