I'm doing the palumbo diet and I'm sooo ****ing hungry, it's driving me nuts.
How much cardio and weight training do you guys do when on it?
Are you doing it properly? Don't think most get hungry. Are you drinking a lot of water too?

Did you just start it? Cravings for me go away after about a week, week and a half.

yeah I started not long ago, 3 days, I didn't know that the hunger goes away, I feel hungry 24 hour a day atm even after meals haha. Drinking tons of water does help a bit. I was thinking of doing 1 hour cardio 3 times a week at the beginning with light weight session after 20 min. Upping frequency/wk as results go down
What do you guys think?

Give it time, in a week or so the hunger and cravings should go away in my experience.
30-45 mins of empty stomach AM cardio is usually plenty on this diet. Make sure it's lower intensity, 120BPM ..

kk, thanks
So no weight training at all? just 30-45 min low int cardio every day? Doesn't sound so bad all of a sudden.

It's a fat loss diet but I would still hit the weights. Expect your strength to fall but keep your lifts as heavy as possible but don't train to failure. You should be able to get your weight training done in 30 mins or so.
If you're able to commit to early AM cardio 5 days a week then i'd just hit the weights 3x a week later in the day. That's just my opinion though, not sure what Palumbo recommends for the weight training on the diet, maybe someone else can chime in
