wtf????
only like 3 fighters, kimbo, and the rest are washed up nfl players?
there are fat guys
there are guys lacking any form of decent training
****. I could have been on this episode and done better then that ****head that got his ass beat last night.
I am not sure I want to even watch this season.
Even though Kimbo is a one dimensional fighter.... at least he has paid his dues....
anyone got a online version we can watch??

it was a pathetic display......i dont blame rampage for being pissed....that Abe guy sucked!
this season is very bad. everyone thinking that they gonna knock kimbo out....i think they gonna get a BIG surprise 1st time he lands a bomb on their face.......
Yeah... I hope Kimbo destroys everybody.
...and then jumps over the cage like an enraged zoo animal and rips off Dana White's genitals.

It looked like they stacked the deck in Kimbo's favor. He already has a huge fanbase so UFC are nuts to not get him a contract. I think they are using this show to build his rep back up after getting knocked out.

But Dana/Fertittas will have cashed in on him from this season 10 and therefore can just throw him away like a used tampon.

Can't win them all, every loss brings experience, plenty of top MMA stars have losses under their belts some bad losses to.Example just seen some old Pride footage of Randy Couture getting his ass handed to him.

too bad the dude fighting him wasnt better.... he could have actually murdered him
My wife just about got sick and then had a nightmare about that gash.:laugh
Dana is smart. He is cashing in on Kimbo even before the dude steps into the Octagon. We are all watching it aren't we?

they all looked like they were goin to cop a heart attack.(aside from kimbo) and i think kimbo has come a long way with his MMA skills in the last year or so.
im almost certian he is going to take it or atleast come close.

I agree, that was one big heavyweight who just....didn't know how to stop a takedown?? what the ****, didn't know how to escape from the bottom?? what the ****, didn't know how to counter the same attack over and over??

they are smart though.... because there was no way in hell I was going to watch next week, and I would think about 2 million other people feel the same way.
They put Kimbo up next week, so they saved it. BUT, they put him up against that fat ass instead of one of the two actual MMA fighters. It is now apparent there is no truth to any of the "proceedings" and it is all SOLELY ratings based. Nothing more. Which is fine, but fuuuuuck, hide it a bit better

That fat ass was IFL's heavyweight champion. But I'm like a lot of people, I can't see Kimbo not winning this thing. UFC would be losing out on a ton of money.

I saw on the fight channel today that Dana said Kimbo was gonna fight in the UFC regardless of if he won on TUF.
Kinda making me think the IFL guy is gonna take him, or someone is gonna beat him.
Can't always tell by fat. Mark Hunt, Cabbage, Tank Abbott, Mighty Mo... all fat, but they can go.
Roy Nelson (fat guy) is not a slouch. He has fought in the big leagues before and is the top 2 fighter of the season. Rashad wants Kimbo gone and Rampage pissed and he might just have it.

No you're right, and theres no excuse for it either. The superheavys don't have to worry as much about making weight, and some are lazy.
Funny though in the last TUF fight they were both fairly lean, and they both gassed out in 1 round.
I think some guys just have so much natural talent, they don't have to work as hard and are lazy. BJ Penn comes to mind.

i think everyone off the last season and a ton of the previous seasons get to fight in the ufc, i mean really, everyone loses a fight now and agian, (not me yet...lol) and dana might miss out on some good talent if he just passed them up, however i doubt this will be the case this year, the first two fights were terrible, did these guys not even get in shape for the show? brutal, and Kimbo will loose to roy im sure... roy has a reall mma skillset despite his beauty of a physique..lol..
I hope Kimbo levels him in the first.

Kimbo got hit like 20x unanswered, that fight could have been stopped in the 1st. Notice how Porky's team started counting the punches the second time?
I know they weren't hard shots, but Kimbo wasn't defending himself at all.
Kimbo offically sucks, no ground game whatsoever.

Just watched the fight. Agree with Kimbo having no ground game. Everyone knew the crucifix was coming in round 2 but Kimbo could do nothing about it. Just gives him the arm to get it pinned again.
Dana was all defending Kimbo so I think he'll bring him back too.

kimbo was a disappointment last night thats for sure...but he will be back and obviously after Danas speech with the UFC...he just needs someone to take him under their wing and teach him. He seems like a really decent guy too...which the UFC seems to love...kinda reminds me of how they played up Forrest being Mr. Nice Guy..............

I personally feel that kimbo despises all other aspects of MMA besides stand up and i dont think he has the motivation to really passionately learn a ground game or any type of defence... i say this from hearing him talk about it... constantly stating im just a fighter...etc. I think he would have made a better boxer but hes a little old to get started.

Yeah, and your point is?
He looked pretty good when he was beating up all the other untrained guys in peoples backyards, I'm sure he'd roll over me too lol.
When I say he has no ground game I'm not saying I'd beat him, I'm just pointing out the obvious. He is incredibly one dimensional, and Bas Rutten training him didn't even make him any better than he was a year ago IMHO.

I agree with you 100%. Bas Rutten said he's uncoachable and his a big ego.
I don't even think his stand up is that great, boxing skills c+ maybe, Muay Thai is non-existent, as is his ground skills.
MMASTAR

seems to me like he is trying to learn, he just got thrown into the limelight way to soon and now he cant live up to his name, very surprised by his attitude on the show... even if the whole show is set up so that he can fight in the ufc even without winning...and he will be fighting in dec for the ufc...FYI
I give up on Kimbo. He's a total tard on the ground. It's just not there.

i like the guy but i believe him taking that position is a ploy to give his ego a way out. kinda like that guy at the gym who makes sure he tells everyone that he hasnt worked out for months so, in his own mind, he can excuse his 155lb bench press. Kimbo keeps assuring us that he is 'street certified' and that he is. however, it's MMA now not the street, so if he is in it for anything besides a paycheck he should get some ground defense figured out asap.

i dont think Kimbo would whip my ass. For real. I am confident I could take him down.
He has zero take down defense.
He has zero guard.
Zero submission skills.
All you have to do is get on him, he goes limp, then pow pow pow.
He has lost his aggression. He is trying to think too much, and lost his stand up game too

I agree with ya to a point, but he came from the street fighting a bunch of hand picked punching bags. And when Sean Gannon exposed him, Kimbo's people didn't release that tape.
I don't think he ever really had it, it was all hype. I mean who is his best win Tank Abbott? Ray Mercer? The fat guy in the boatyard?
I still don't think his stand up is even that good. Anybody 230lbs can go in and bomb away with 4oz gloves on and get the odd knock out.
Even Waderow lol.
