I've been lucky enough to get to try Cold Fusion EX by LG Sciences.
It's an No2, creatine blend. Results wise, I'm not a huge fan of no2. But if it can keep me full looking, I will be happy.

I won't keep a strict log, but will keep updates.
Here is some info on the product:

Please note, when becoming a rep for LG Sciences, I told them if you want someone to bullshit, don't pick me. I'm not one of those douches you see on every board pumping the products they are repping. I said if I don't like it, I will say I don't like it.

That being said, I used it today, had an amazing workout, and the best pump I've had in months actually hurt during triceps. I've been pigging out the last few days, Wendy's, McDonalds, BK, Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Subway twice, Five guys (Best burgers in the US), Chipoltes (another great US restaurant)

Holding some water, but here is a pic after my workout. 6'3", about 240-242 here.

PS. I'm going to try and stay lean. Hope I don't hold too much water.

Hurt my shoulder playing football, and haven't really trained this week.
But I'm still looking very full, which is nice. I usually feel really 'flat' when I'm not in the gym for a few days, but don't have that right now.

Probably taking today off too, and hopefully go Fri, Sat, Sun, and finish off the week.

Shoulder is still really bugging me. Feels like a deep bone bruise. Not as bad, but still bothering me. Haven't done shoulders in two weeks. Light other exercises too.
Creatine/no2 is keeping me nice and full though.
Doing light weights, 45sec rest, high reps. Getting crazy pumps. Will probably do it for another week, depending how my shoulder is next week.
Weight is 235 right now.

Cool, I just might try this one next... I need a stimulant-free pre workout drink. Anxiety is getting to be too much with the Dymatize stuff.

How many servings do you get from one tub? Price seems reasonable. I'm also happy to see they don't use dyes or lakes in it.

Are you drinking it everyday?
