Flue season coming, germs, germs germs. Has anyone heard of this stuff?

i know a guy that makes this stuff and supplies healthfood stores. i have tried it before but i dont remember it making a difference. there is some anecdotal evidence supporting it's use.

Is it similar to the ColdFX stuff? If it is ColdFX is crap and doesnt work...

I've used it for years, I stopped drinking the stuff mainly but I rinse my mouth every night with it and swallow maybe a teaspoon. I have a family member who makes the stuff, I've used it for so long without stopping that I can't really tell you if it works. I still get the odd cold once or twice a year. But have yet to catch a flu for the past 4 years I've been taking it. If you have any questions let me know and I'll ask them.

My thoughts on this are along the lines of .... poop in cup.

Hand washing and keeping your hands away from your eyes, ears, nose and mouth are the way to go.

Some old guy on Oprah drank this stuff for many years and was drinking way over the recommended dosage. He turned bluish/silver, eyes, skin everything. It was absorbed into all his cells. He was otherwise healthy.

i find stuff like this to be bunk.. i always take deca durabolin during flue season and it has always worked to up my immune system.. i never get sick when im on deca.. any truth behind my madness?

Try to come off in the winter from Deca or a cycle and let us know how your immune system is then :)

I tried it for a while. It was expensive as hell. I didn't see any difference after the second bottle so I stopped.

I have not had a cold, flue or illness over the 10 yrs that I have been working out and eating well.

And I do not get flue shots..rarely do my teens get sick either and if they do I still don't catch it.
