Ok, so I'm on the low carb keto diet but I take superpump before working out which has 12 grams carbs in it. This seems low enough that it wouldn't affect the diet, is this right?

Right. Plus the amount that you'll be burning off during your workout would be more than that.

But we're all different so you could always get some keto sticks and test it yourself.

Yup , most pharmacy's have them . Can't remember if they're behind the counter or not , but just ask th dr.
