6ft tall 34yrs old. Was really fat all my life up untill turning 30, I'm considering a tummy tuck because the loose skin around my middle will not tighten up

Be patient the stomach will tighten up. I'd guess you are somewhere around 15-18% bodyfat. If you are 18% that would be about 40 pounds of bodyfat. You are going to burn off a lot of muscle going down to 185.

Try the palumbo template for a 200 pound man if you haven't already committed to a diet.

good luck

Does keto really work? I've never known anyone to go on it. The keto diets seem alot easier than carb diets cooking wise.

It's too early for me to take any test.

.....never too early for test

Been inconsistantly training for 6 months. On other boards they all say wait 3 years of consitant training and diet. I'll be 30 then.

I could juice right now if I wanted. I got a source.

No, that is wrong, it is often too early for test as demonstrated by all the small people who don't know how to eat or train yet are on their third or fourth cycle.
