ok, so if you were thinking of doing a show almost 1yr away...were 5'11 and 243lb BF% unknown TEENS anyway...how would u do a clean bulk...

training will be MON-legs, WEDS-push, FRI-pull..cardio post and hopefully on off days.. diet 50gm protein, 30-50gm carb and 20gm fat..

1-20 500mg test
1-6 tren 75mg EOD
1-4 dbol 40mg ED
6-9 abomb 50mg/day
10-14..just test
14-20 tren 75mg EOD,
14-20 winny 25mg ED
reason for 14-20...is a possible vacation to dominican, so harden up a bit

then would think from there until may 8th would be 14wks..so just cruise on HRT 150MG/week
then 16wks out devise a game plan??

what do you think of above? suggestions
i'd like to sneak deca in there, but not sure when one could add tren after stopping deca, and such...would like to try it offseason...

When you say bf in the teens, that could be 13 up to 19... big diference... if you were 13 id start a good clean bulk... if i was 19 id star leaning out abit already.. take a pic easier to judge honestly

how do you do a clean bulk?.... get your diet in check and dont take so many drugs

diet..get down to LOW teens and when you do ..cut back on the gear that cycles all over the place

heres a pic from my cell phone...about 240lb...

just decided to stick with 500mg, adn 40mg dbol...adn up the cardio..undecided about deca....and or tren....

3 days a week is loads...grow out of the gym

anyway, i was all excited as i havent done anything in 6yrs. and i dont see my HRT doc again for a yr.....so i was all giddy :)

You should train more than 3x a week while on steroids. You should train 5-6 days a week.

DC training uses a 2 or 3 day split training 3-4 times a week and works incredibly well.

I find 3 days a week // both DC and Starting Strength programs are extremely effective and more results in overtraining/injury while on aas.

There are plenty of programs that have you in the gym twice a day, 5 times a weeks but I don't think any of those are focused on putting the most meat on in the shortest time.

If your fine with running Tren why not run 500mg Test E EW and 400mg Tren E EW for like 12 weeks?

If your making progress with your training schedule then dont bother changing it, there is no one way to train.

As for diet, I would just eat clean, maybe play around with your intakes to avoid putting on too much more bodyfat and try to gain a bit more. You could take anything really, so I'd focus more on diet rather than trying to figure out your cycles, the shows a long ways away.

Also I'd ditch the cardio for now, stick to a solid diet plan first see how that goes.

well...im keepin shit simple....
500mg test and i m doing 40-50mg dbol for 4 wks, then abomb for 3-4wks perhaps....
tightened up diet and im down about 10lbs in 10 days!!!! lmao
doin 15-20min cardio 3-4x week to help...i DO need to be leaner

Who says you need to train more then 3 x's a week ? thats just plain ignorant... dc training as people mentioned has been very for successful for my self and many others at 3 times a week, dont get me wrong 5 times a week has been successful for many but critizing him for "only" working out 3 days a week while on that much juice isnt worth and how he should be doing more is rediculous... that idiology of more is better is just plain false, so cause hes running a bunch of sauce he should train 5-6 times a week cause he will get more results ?? with that mind set why not just do 20 sets of bicep curls to get big bi's or 10 sets of incline, flat, and decline bench to get a big chest or do a 100 reps of leg press that should work wondersssss!!!

second to the original poster why would you cycle just for a vacation ? is your goals only to have a beach body ? not ment to be disrespectful or anything but if you just want to be a summer time beach warrior then you dont need nearly all that juice simply a test base a oral and some other anabolic + diet and cardio would work wonders (thats in reference to the 14-20 weeks)
