I never anticipated becoming an endophin junkie and getting as big as I have (for what i was) so I dont have much for pre pics.

The pre pic is from a year before I started working out when I was 20, the one in the jeans is from a year ago, and the last 2 are today.

Im starting a 12 week test/dbol cycle next week and Im hoping to have better results than my last test only cycle. I put on 10lbs last cycle, went from 195>205 but went back down to about 198 2 months after the cycle. My strength is good, but as you can tell im a huge ecto and putting on weight is flippin hard for me.

Start was 5'10" 150lbs 2.5 years ago, current is 200. Wanna hit 210-215 before the year is up.

I totally plan to, it just takes me forever. I eat az much as I can every day but if I don't eat enough for what feels like a day 1 lose 5 pounds.. I look at a salad and the weight comes off...

so yeah, CanI... the verdict is everyone wanna see those lifts....don't ghay out and say "ooo cameras no allowed in gym" ... when theres a will theres a way

to be honest i actually hope you can do those lifts, even though it means ill be shitting fabric for a good day or two...maybe i wont need to wipe my ass it will do it on its own

I will totally post a video, or even better, if anyone trains between Langley and Abbotsford, ill meet you and show you in person... cause we all know, once I post a video, everyones going to accuse me of using rubber weights.

I sure as shit know I can rep out 8 reps and my arms are under 17".

As for why someone above can dead 380 and dumbell press 80s and not curl 35... you need to work on your arms some more. I was reppin 35's when I weighed 160lbs.

I made an entire thread asking what i should do with my routine to increase the size of my arms based on what I was lifting, i dont e-stat the size of my arms, and i dont need to e-stat my lifts, if I wanted to portray a false identity reflecting someone bigger/stronger I wouldnt post pictures of myself. I would tell you guys my arms were 19" and I curled 80's etc etc.

The purpose of this thread was not to justify prior claims of weight lifted, i simply want a record to compare my end of the year results with and thought Id share, so others could benefit.

Who cares if he's throwing around dumbells. Biceps are one muscle group that is easy to injure with heavy weight and improper form. It's not going to matter, if he wants to grow he's gonna have to learn to eat, regardless of dumbell curls or AAS.

While I do think that food should be a huge priority for canadianiron, I don't think that 70's with good form are out of the realm of possibility, with an arm blaster, or elbows against a wall I am going to say "hell no" but on standing alternating dumbbell curl with a little bit of shoulder drop, it's not impossible.

All this e-calling out is good for my routine. I dont know wtf was going on today, i repped 335 for 3 reps, first time in a few months and im 6 months out from my last cycle. You guys are helping me.

I did bi's after chest today and managed to rep 65's for 10 right after my chest routine. I wasnt able to do the 70's for 10 today but Ill make sure im fresh when I have the camera, im hoping for some clean reps for you guys, i dont want anyone getting out of their short eating because my reps arent clean enough.

I think his form is bad, but I'm picky. Also he's significantly bigger than you. There are no magic muscles, a given volume of muscle can only produce up to a certain amount of force. Obviously levers, nervous system, muscle fiber type etc. influence this. Still though, the weight (70lbs) isn't what is in question. What people have a hard time believing is that based on the size of your arms you can lift the weight.

Also a strict bicep curl is straight up and down. Otherwise it's a twisting bicep curl which is assisted to a large degree by the brachioradialis.

With a strict dumbell curl using only the bicep (no twisting motion), not creating momentum with your body it is physically impossible for you to curl 70lbs.

The terms of the wager were not clearly defined.

Exactly. If you want to know how strong your biceps are do the dumbell curls seated with palms facing up (supinated) the whole time. Or better yet do strict spider curls or concentration curls with a dumbell. The bicep muscle isn't very strong and no one will ever get well developed large arms unless they have big triceps. I don't think the biceps are designed to handle heavy weight (at least not with poor form) and I don't think they should be trained that way. That's just my opinion.

There's a reason Arnold through a strap and 2x4 over his neck to curl. If I claim to do 70lb standing curls I think a certain amount of deviation from perfect form is assumed. However I stand by my claim of 70 curls for relatively clean reps. I never claimed perfect 70lb concentration curls. I still think my arms are stronger than most with 16.5" arms. I'll post A vid soon you all can judge..

I think my size is decieving, i have a pretty narrow build, but im thick like a tube. Most people would guess my body weight at 180lbs but im actually 210. So usually people are staring at me thinking "No ****ing way" when I put up weight... shitty build, but I concider myself strong for how I look.

As for an update on the arms, they're measuring up 17.5" these days. I dropped about 5lbs after finishing my 4 weeks of dbol. Im just hitting the 5 week mark with the test cyp so Im expecting the gains to continue.

Cycle is going good so far. Gonna see about getting the wife to take some better pics, i personally think the first pics I posted poorly represent.

I do them 2 different ways..

Sometimes after a heavy lat workout Ill do a set of curls and concentration curls... other days Ill do an entire arm routine with Tris and Bis and I'll do some hammer curls, barbell curls and dumbell curls... Im not sure which has been better for me. Both seems to crack my bi's pretty hard. Im finding that concentration curls at the end of a bi workout have helped a lot, you can really focus on stretcing out and contracting the bi's with a lot of effort, it compliments the heavier sets involved in the routine.
