A guy I know began taking pre w/o slin. Seems to be a fairly new thing so thought I'd start a log on how he's making out.

Here's his protocol. I wont go into dosages, but I will say they arent for the timid and are upwards of 15-20iu.

Pre w/o:
-Humalog
-70g waxy maize
-BCAA powder
-1.5c grape juice
-1 scoop SuperPump250
-20g Peptopro
-2 caps Kre-Alkalyn
-water for dilution

Intra workout:
-1 scoops SizeOn
-3 scoops Waxy maize
-2c grape juice
-BCAA powder
20g Peptopro
-add water for dilution

PoWO:
-2 caps Kre-alkalyn
-50g Isolate

Meal:
Fat free protein source with some complex carbs.

After the workout and 20 min light treadmill work well over and hour and a half has passed, thats usually the peak duration for the Humalog and all is good, No lethargy, no shakyness or signs of Hypo.

It's only been 5 days now and he keeps upping the slin dosage every day to find a tolerance level without having to add more carbs in. Too early to report any physical changes, but will hope to do so in another week or so. Does seem to notice a but more fullness, but nothing drastic.>>YET.

I know F'k all about Slin ??

But I'm reading !! Keep us posted


Only thing I know about slin is a lady friend is Db so she takes it 4-6 X daily
