As some of you know, my wife Nathalie is/was pregnant with our 1st and we went in to the hospital on Thursday at 8AM for her to get induced... For the most part it was a pretty uneventful process, however on Saturday morning things started happening real quick! At 11:15AM the Dr. decided it was time for her to start pushing, I was right there beside her barking out counts to 10 during contractions like I was in the gym counting reps :) At 11:39AM baby Dalia was born 7lbs 2oz... The nurses in the room said it was no wonder I was a trainer in a gym the way I was acting :) It was the most incredible experience of my life, no words can even explain what it was like! The 1st photo is Nathalie less than an hour after giving birth and the 2nd one is Dalia today... both are doing great and should be coming home tommorow!

It's tiring but so worth it. Beautiful baby. Love her name.

What an emotional roller coster!!! I lived on Tim Hortons food for 3 days straight... I have never had such a craving for carbs in my life... I am back at work in the gym tommorow :)

Id hate to be a little punk trying to take her out when shes old enough, coming to the door and seeing you, Id run in fear lol
