I have had some tell me .45 and some tell me .22.

I have a bunch of ugl gear somthing like:
50ml trenE
50ml deca
40ml test (some cyp,Eth and sust typ mix)
10ml trenA

I amnot looking for an answer like: you shouldent need to.

I rather be better safe then sorry when its ugl i dont care whom its from.

what do you guys use??

I was leaning to .22 to be safer but some telling me it will take WAY too long??

ps: I have a bunch of empty steril viles and will be getting about 10 filters though will only need like 2-3 right now im hoping.

I use .22 filters and find they work fine even with pellets. The filters don't last more than about 20 mls with the pellets but with powders 50 ml should be no problem.

I find it's pretty darnn easy to fill the vials with 3 ml syringes and 18 gauge needles.

.22 is the standard for sterile filtering and has been for at least 50 years. Given that you are injecting this into your body as opposed to making wine I think you would be best off following recommended sterile procedure.

^^^^

definitely a .22 as far as I remember there are a number of bacteria that can pass through a .45.

GMP standard for filtering sterile media is .22.

If you've got 13mm filter diameters, don't filter more than 10mLs with them. They're not guaranteed to work after the 10mLs. The 25mm can filter up to 100mL.

I used both many times, and i was told by the chemist that both were fine.I like the .45 since it is a little fast. With a .22 i get a cramp in my Thumb.I will know more once i'm in school and will be taking Quality Assurance and Laboratory Mathematics 50 hours, and then i will ask all the Question with my Teacher.:)

the o.22 is what's used to sterilize most of the things in the lab.
