Quick question!
I had a package of goods refused at the border. I am assuming it will be returned to sender. Does having this happen land my name on any sort of list? I would think a seizure would do this, but what about a refusal?
I have my fingers crossed!!!

even if i had 2 out of 3 packages taken at the border, doing it this way is still cheaper than buying domestic. Not to mention the rate of under dosed/miss dosed isn't thrilling in Canada!
There is plenty of good gear within Canada and also there is miss-dosed and under dosed gear from all over the world.

Very true, it is a problem world wide. Whenever there is money ot be made there will be people trying to short change you.
Now, don't mean to sound like an ass here. But does anyone have an answer to my original question??

Theres a good chance your name would be flagged, I find it also depends on the border agent as well, trust me there are some nazis and there are some crooks. If you have a good source for some legit HG gear go for it as it will come through the border most times

Most likely they opened it, saw a powder or whatever it was. Were too lazy to test or make a deal of it. Send it back due to "improper" labeling.
Any powder/Liquid needs to have a chemical standards paper so techinically they can refuse mosy liquids or powders. In fact if they want to be pricks they can refuse any labels not printed in English and French.
So better sent back than seized. I doubt you're name is "flagged" and if it is it's no biggie.

Exactly! People often forget that Customs officials are regular people with a job... a shitty job that we despise and loathe lol

I agree with the first part, but I would imagine that an improperly labeled powder or substance would warrant flagging. My name's flagged, and my addresses seem to be flagged too. Occasional legit packages (stuff from ebay for instance) get sent back to the sender or held up for weeks at Customs.
Hopefully your guy will reship to an alternative address and package things better. Best of luck, bro.
