So I am getting ****ing sick of my last meal of the day, what does everyone else eat?

Put in bowl and mixed together...

125g low fat cottage cheese
1tbs Flax meal
1tbs natural peanut butter
1 scoop of MVP Whey
1 scoop of Progressive Greens
water for consistency

I switch between casien shake and a 1/2 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews to 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a scoop of isolate and maybe some apple or blueberrys. I remember when it used to be ice cream or peanut butter sandwiches before bed.

Let's see last night for my last meal I went with a double burger, a chicken breast, an ounce of cheddar, nuts, a yogurt cup, an apple, and a couple of mandarin oranges.

8oz. steak
2 baked potatoes(mashed up with cream cheese)
100grams cottage cheese

4am snack is a 1k cal shake and a tuna sandwich.

Holy crap, you love to eat bro! I always have either a shake with 3 tbsp of natural peanut butter or 16 egg whites with the peanut butter. No carbs even when bulking. Last year I went with the a carbs before bed and got way to fat.

35 grams casein, 10 grams glutamine 1 tblsp nattty PB, 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk, 2 cups water lots of ice in blender. Multi vit, vit c&e, trib 750x2.

I like some red meat, steady supply of aminos while sleeping and your body works harder to digest red meat so to me makes sense to have as a last meal of the day.

^^^ I used to eat hamburger meat before bed mixed with 3 yolks or so. Just can`t sleep anymore when I do that. But agree it`s a better option concerning the slower digestion.

i must have a probleme with my digestion on cycle i find that food i eat before bed seems to have digested when i wake up. but when i am off i feel like i am still full when i wake up...

100% casein shake with natty peanut butter. Sometimes add some whey in there too depending on how long it's been since my last meal! I'll also add some glutamine in there too!

same here to a T! been doing this for yrs, even when I was out of the gym for them couple yrs.

...just makes sense for me as my in laws are cattle farmers and it's all free ;)

Clams are good but if the beach is really clean you can always go for the oyster..LOL
