Hey gang. I got on here a while back and have used some stuff l have learned on this site. Did the Palumbo Diet and got some good results. Got everything I needed out of here.

Stats:
Married
38
been at it on and off for 10 years, seriously the last 1
natural (if I had it my way I would be 2 tons and covered in tattoos - see first stat for answer :))
3 kids
sales guy for software company
6'1 207lbs 10% bf

Since Jan I have changed workouts every 30 days. Even did tabata training (google it. if you have any questions let me know, I got good results)
haven't really topped out, keep getting stronger and leaner. Eating good, at times great and others well...... ;(

kudos to whoever set this site up and is caring for for it.

Hey gang. Thanks for all of the welcome.

Starting a new plan on Monday where I am going cycle low carb and a feed day, 3 low, one feed; 3 low, one feed. We will have to see how it goes.
