Hey everyone, about to start my first cycle of xxx test e at 500/wk. I feel as though my I have my diet nailed as it has helped me put on around 50 lean pounds in the past couple years. my question is, does anyone modify their diet while on aas? or is it best to sticK with what has been working so far? im 10%bf, I eat 500 calories above maintenance when bulking and 1.5g protein per 1lb bodyweight, if that helps at all. Hope i put this in the right section, any input is good input

I like your plan for eating but you should probably add livehards advice with regard to ****ing and shitting.

... You will also find yourself increasing calories on a fairly regular basis. If you feel like you are overtraining or your lifts aren't increasing up your calories some more.

Shoot for 200mg of pro minimum. Eat as much animal meat as you can. good slow digest carbs. Check out the ultimate offseason food thread i have and eat everything on there x2

Well I have enough to run 16 weeks at 500mg/wk, I havent yet decided whether I will call it quits at 12 weeks or do the full 16. I am going to see how my body feels and how my gains are comming along, and decide from there. what do you think? My pct is 50mg clomid Ed for 3 weeks. I was also told I should run aromasin 25mg/day for 5 weeks. is that needed? any advice is appreciated.

when you get to 12, you'll wana do the other 4 :D

pct looks good too, yes take the aromasin too.

hahaha cheers dude. ya I was told that exact same thing by a few other people. Do most guys continue gaining after 12 weeks?

if you adjust your diet and training accordingly, you have the potential to grow indefinately...

right on, ya thats what I was thinking, but this is my first cycle so i wasnt sure. I figured there was a reason lots of guys only run 12 week test cycles. Is the strain on joints and tendons due to the increased muscle mass the reason most go for the 12 week cycle and not longer? sorry if that seems like a stupid question, I am curious as 12 weeks seems to be the norm around here.

right on, ya thats what I was thinking, but this is my first cycle so i wasnt sure. I figured there was a reason lots of guys only run 12 week test cycles. Is the strain on joints and tendons due to the increased muscle mass the reason most go for the 12 week cycle and not longer? sorry if that seems like a stupid question, I am curious as 12 weeks seems to be the norm around here.
