Just do what they do in grand theft auto. Run them down and each one is 10 points. If you get 100 points per block your doing very well. Its the the worst when the bastards ride in packs and you cant pass. stuck doing 40 and pissed off as the stick men on there tinker toys dick along. enuf to make you floor it by them and honk a few times just for kicks.
