I have been researching and looking at this seriously and would like a cycle that is mild but effective. I want to try things slow and see how I react to it.

My stats
6'1"
210 ibs

I weight very day and also do cario each day. My diet is in hand also.

As mentioned, you input is appreciated and respected.

Thanks
Steve

bread and butter run my man.

Week 1-12 Test Enanthate 500mg/ EW (Use enanthate instead of prop because it is a long acting ester and you can see how you react, judge the sides, etc.)

OR

Same as above and add in some Dbol at 30mg ED for week 6-12

Do Not

Do a oral only cycle or a cycle not containing test thinking its going to be mild. (ex. var only, var/winny, no tren)

Also- Get PCT before you start your cycle just in case.

Age?? Years training? If over 21 and 3+ years training seriosuly go for it IMHO.

Thanks very much. I have been training for around a year steady 6 days a week. I am 44 years old but just want to loss some more bf, lean up and get bigger - but not to big. BTW, I'm in Kingsville bud!

Small world. Do you workout at Total Fitness? I lived in Kingsville for several years and worked at that gym for a while. You're probably familiar with Body By Bunner? I loved that gym.

The most important thing about doing test only as your first cycle is you will absolutely know what the sides are and what causes them. With a pudding of drugs you will have a hard time resolving wtf is causing sides and how to best deal with them.

Hey Hurley, I live right by total fitness, But I go to Leamington to Club Fitt, it's cheap and has everything I need.

How long have you been building? Have you done many cycles?

Nice to know someone close by

I don't blame you for going to a different gym. I started training at Body By Bunner. It was on Lansdowne and closed down when the owner was forced out/bought out by Total Fitness (aka The Athletic Club). It was a great gym. I've been lifting for 10 years. Competed in 2 bodybuilding shows, never cycled so I can't help you there.

I don't live in Kingsville anymore but I still have family in the area.
