I watched it a while ago. Pretty interesting stuff, but it's not self defense. He shows how to break someone's neck at one point. He even gives a trick to break someone's knee when he's sitting... that guy's a psycho

He also seriously hurt three huge bouncers just a few years back. Three bouncers took him to the back alley to "tune him up" and they ended up in the hospital. Bas is a bad ass and a real street fighter. There are tons of stories on how insane the guy was in his younger years. And he's not that big of a guy.

He reminds me of my old tae kwon do teacher...he was a crazy intense guiy...hed say if you are defending yourself , break a leg, kick in the nuts, stomp him to be sure he isnt going to attack you again and dont turn your back on him until you spit on him and he doesnt move....lol...he was a crazy mofo...i saw him kick about 4-5 guys asses at a dance one night....bunch of rednecks got their asses handed to them...lol..

HAHA I love Bas Rutten. The guy is an increadible fighter. Who in a the hell would fvck with him is beyond me. He is one of the last guys I'd mess with. I've seen alot of old Tai fights and Pride fights with him and he is one tough mother f#@ker. Hahaha that video made my day!

Watch some of his knockouts on you tube. He open hand slaps like 10 guys out with fury. Just an insane fighting monster. When i first say the video i thought he was just some no namer but he was quite the fighter in his day. So dam agressive.

Bas is a beast, my next fave is crocop!

Throwing a kick in a street fight is a good way to get the other guy down for the count (if you know what your doing). If he tries to block it, his arm is broken along with his ribs. If the kick fails (or its a pussy kick), you have just opened up his face because *most* inexperienced dudes will shoot both hands down to try to stop the kick. et voila, even enough time to scope a nice hook and hes down lol.

Now if he has a knife... get a metal pole or run.. not worth it
