I ended up getting capsules instead of tabs is it ok to take 1mg every 4 days instead of .25 ed? or should I just buy some more arimidex that are tabs?

It's a tough call. I say if you can actually get tabs, or lower dosed caps, do it.

I don't understand why any lab would dose them at 1mg.. it's too high. I got stuck with 1mg caps, and I didn't even bother using them.

The half-life with Adex is around 50 hours, so you don't want to do it every 4 days.. that will cause unstable blood levels, and could cause problems. It's best to do it either ED or EOD.

If you decide to keep and use what you've got, take it EOD. You might start to experience side effects from low estrogen, such as achy joints and mood swings, and even headaches (I did at .5mg EOD).

1mg ed over a cycle will not kill you. it's a standard dose for women that had breast cancer. it will lower your HDL. plus with the half life you could go 1mg eod but if you are not getting lots of water retention or estrogen sides don't worry. what i worry more about is if if the stuff is legit. i had some tabs 1mg and they were junk and i suffered, bloat and gyno sides. not happy. it depends on how long you take it. do some research and be safe and good luck..

I ask some ppl on here about the lab before and I guess everyone I asked said they are legit. Once I hit 50 posts I will post all my gear in the pics section and hopefully get some better feedback on them

Can`t say how accurate this is but like you I have the 1mg caps. I have been splitting them into some empty gelatin caps, dividing them by eye. I hold the cap up to the light and turn it in quarter turns to make sure it`s pretty even when they`re divided. These days I`ve been using 3 caps tops per week so 1.5 mg of arimidex a week. I`m running about 600mg test and 400mg equipoise lately and my nips feel fine joints as well.

Just open the cap and pour from one to the other until it looks like half each. Then dump one of them into shake and close the cap. Two days later just swallow the half full cap. Easy - no mess and lots of guys dose EOD cause the halflife is plenty to.

I was tempted to do that. The thing that has me tripping is the fact the arimidex capsules look exactly like my nolvadex capsules
