I see this show planned for Oct 17 in TO. Depending on how well my offseason goes in the next bit i may try to do this show. I assume it is regional and everyone from novice to vets are allowed to compete. I wish they had some shows in Nov, Dec that would be a lot better considering the time frame. Not nearly enough time to prep for this show even with extreme measures. Shit...anyone here for sure going to compete in this event???

i cant do it without you but just looking at my options. If it was in nov it would be so much better...SS would know if there are any shows in CBBF on from oct17-jan. None are posted but there cant be no shows in the org. for like 2-3months? can there.

Wow that's in like 5 weeks or so. If you're thinking of doing that one and it only takes you 5 weeks of prep, go for it BigTavie...i know it would take me more like 4-5 months to put together another show ready physique. Koodos for staying lean in the off season.
That show would qualify you for the provincials next year.
Good luck.

Thanks delt king..YA ive been eating super clean this offseason and i can still see the abs good. The leg detail is actually better than in my show so far. And ive brought up some good lagging points. On stage i was 178 so with water 183..and im now 191 and filling in a lot better.. I bet i only could stand to lose 10pounds or so.. 2 pounds a week. 5 weeks. But i think i might do OPA Nov21 show london and western ontarios becuase i would be so much better prepared and no rushing.

No, there are no more shows planned for 2009. It takes at least a year to book a venue and the CBBF Ontario did not have the time to do so. This is a great opportunity to advance to the Provincials. You may be concerned that you don't have enough time but all the other competitors are in the same boat. Go for it! Just make sure you are 100% mentally.

Yes, and I am sure the WBFF, IDFA, Fame etc are also running shows during the remainder of the year. However, the CBBF Ontario (the only CBBF affiliated organization in Ontario) is not and that was what BT wanted to know.
