ok I figured I'd get the best answer here.
Now if one's using t3 while doing the palumbo diet (alongside a cycle of course) is there really a point to the once a week cheat meal? The whole idea behind the cheat is to boost your metabolism but if you're already using t3 do you really even need to do that?
Just got thinking about this- I know there are a few more functions with metabolism besides t3 however just something I was thinking about.
