Does anybody do this for leg workout or deadlifts? How does this help, and what is the proper way to wrap it?
After the last deadlift sets my knee had a weird stiff/poping/warm feeling. Its been 3 weeks now and it finally feels better.

I prefer the one where you LEAVE the top of your bone exposed:
Nicole tread technique---this one has worked magic for me over the years.
I also employ similar to elbows when need too.
NOTE: I do not know why the youtube guy MAKES the rounds sooo tight

always wrap to the inside of the knee(inwards direction)...the first method the guy uses in the above video he is doing it in the wrong direction

I should start wrapping my knees. When i go heavy i usually wear these braces or whatever there called. It really works good and keeps my knees from swelling but wraps is the way i think.

Ya it helps with my knees swelling up aswell... as soon as i hit around 365 i start to wrap up! Tommorrow im gonna be wrapped up when i go for max reps with 225:beer
