Let's say you have one large vial of ghrp-6.(200mg) How would one go about dividing that into say 20 small vials if you don't have a cap machine? Trying to figure out how to whip up small batches of say 10mg.

Weigh it out, put the powder in a syringe and add BA (not sure if you would use this?) and then inject into sterile vial?

Not sure if that's on the right track.. make sure everything is sterile

if you do not have a "cap machine" then you will not be doing this unless you reconstitute first, and then distribute into sterile vials in liquid form via slin pin like previously stated, which defeats any purpose you would have in wanting to divide.

Furthermore, you will possibly have sterility issues after diving powder.

Ya, that's kinda what I was thinking. Should be fine if I add BW and let it sit for a couple days before starting.

Do you guys think I could get away with pouring some powder in a syringe,suck up a couple mls of BW,inject into a sterile vial,and let sit for a couple days before use? I read the ba in BW should kill any bacteria in 48hrs.

you want to risk it and put all your faith in BW?

Bacteriostatic anything keeps bacteria from breeding but doesn' kill bacteria.

200mg = 200,000 mcg
dosage 400-600 mcg daily

400 days worth of ghrp6

doh!!!!

you may be able to freeze the peptide in a reconstituted form

or check into mega dosing the peptide. see what people are doing on some of the hardcore peptide boards. maybe a couple mg per day is not so bad?

Guess I've figured it out. After reading "DatBtrue" log on peptides.(A good 8-12 hours of reading) there's no need to split up my Ghrp-6. I can just reconstitute with BW and it's stable for months.(even years) Cjc-1295 on the other hand is only good for 36 days in the fridge.

depending on the size of the vial it's shipped in,may still have some playing around to do.been reading too long,my brain is fried.

BACTERIOCIDE= Heat.

isnt that bad for the peptide?

I'm just going to make it all at once. I have decided to do a 6 month run along with cjc-1295.

So you are going to reconstitute and then freeze?

No, from what I researched Ghrp-6 is one of the least fragile peptides and has been shown to keep for up to 5 years.

Here's a paragraph out of the International Journal of Pharmaceutics Volume 144 Issue 1
Aqueous solution of Ghrp-6 buffered with acetate (0.01M,pH 5.5) showed a predicted
t90% of 4.73 years at 20 degrees C.
