Ground beef (x lean, washed)
Eggs (egg whites, im allergic so none for me)
Wheigt gain powder
Natural peanut butter

good post dude...i eat a lot of olive oil in the off and on season, delicious and also assists in fat oxidization...
I eat a lot of fruits off season as well, especially preworkout...
I dont go to crazy on skinless fat trimming stuff until precontest because it gets crazy enough the last 10-12 weeks...
chhesecake every few days, big greasy burgers a couple of times per week....
all the condiments i can muster...
Bread, i love whole grain bread and buns...

Looks good identical to what I would have, minus the cereal, venison, and weight gainer.
I also love my bread and add sandwiches, and eggs/whites on toast.

Very similar to what I got, plus some turkey and pumpernickle bread

Red potatoes, green lentils, asparagus, macadamia nut oil, fish oil and as mentioned by ironwill olive oil would be my additions to the list.

That pretty much sums up my grocery list minus some stuff. I`m the pickiest eater. I`d take off the weight gainer, that stuff is crap. Like IW, I`m eating hamburgers a few times a week as well and loving it. I buy the frozen pads already made because I`m one lazy sone of a bitch.

pork chops
lentils
beans
chicken thighs

Honestly no reason to be eating chicken breasts and tuna, when chicken thighs, pork chops and extra lean ground beef will do the job (and taste much better).

Tav..buy boneless skinless chicken thighs and cut off the fat that you see. No Frills has them. If you bbq them or broil them, pretty much of the fat is lost.

Make your own bbq sauce for them. Or season them with Montreal Chicken seasoning.

Small Red Skin Potatoes.

Nuke em for a few min after you have washed them. Season them with spices and brush with a bit of olive oil or spray with the can of Pam.

My teen showed me how to put them on bbq skewers makes it easier to turn them on the bbq.
