hey fellas,
i´m marc from nuremberg (200km north of munich). i´m working out for exactly 2 years nowand just finished a diet last week.a friend of mine told me about this website (he´s canadian) and he did not promised me too much, this site is really awsome!!!!!!:a+ especially the fact, that you guys have so much informational stuff in here it can not be compared to germany !!
