hmmm... looks fairly similar to the kynoselen that we have in canada, it is basically a race horse supplement solution that increases power and endurance. bodybuilders use it with mixed mild results but apparently you need to be at a fairly low bf% to notice visible results. no really worth it, better off to inject some gear instead

didnt notice the bottom link at first glance, the stuff is just l-carnitine which helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria of the muscle cells. im using l-carn caps in my cutting cycle and am quite happy with the results
