PREPARING THE POWDERS FOR ORAL USE

This is really only applicable to the 17AA steroids OXandrolone, Stanabol and
Anabol. These are the only ones that are orally available. In principle the
boldenone undecylenate oil can be taken orally, but daily doses of 200 mg are
required, which is basically a waste of money, if a 400 mg per week injection
can achieve the same.

Pick up some sesame oil at the health store and find a container for the liquid.
Determine the concentration. For Stanabol I recommend 25 mg/ml, for Anabol and
Oxandrolone I suggest 20 mg/ml. Say you have 1 gram of Anabol. That's 1000 mg.
At 20 mg per ml that equates to
50 ml of oil. So for every gram of powder you have you will make 50 ml of
solution. Fill the container up with water, 50 ml per gram. If you have 5 grams,
then that's 250 ml. Mark that spot on the container. Dump out the water and let
the container dry. Dump the powder in the container and then add oil until you
reach the mark you made on the container. You know have your solution at 20
mg/ml.

I suggest taking 2 ml per day (40 mg) in the morning. Use a syringe to measure
out 2 ml and squirt it in your mouth, wash it down with the beverage of your
choice. Remember to never use a 17AA steroid longer than 6, at the very longest
8 weeks on end, because these substances are toxic to the liver.

Remember that you need 50 ml per gram of powder for ox and anabol and 40 ml for
stanabol. This does not mean 50 and 40 ml of oil, it means 50 or 40 ml of oil,
minus the space the powder takes up.

Capping is very easy...first you need to get a capping machine...Mr T has one that is very nice...just do a search for caps...i get 1000 for like 9.99 or something like that...00 size is the way to go also...

I myself and sv-1 i know prefer the "capping machine"...it only does 24 at a time, but it makes it super fast...jut do a yahoo search and you can find em...

you wont be able to cap L-dex, arimidex, or clen...but winny, nolva, clomid, var, d-bol, drol, DNP, even primo are all "capable"...here are the steps as easy as i can explain.

step 1- figure out what your gonna use for a filler...i like corn meal, and protein powder personally...but you can use things like corn starch, creatine, glutamine and stuff like that...

step 2- fill the bottom of a 0 or OO cap with filler and then dump it out on a scale to see how much each cap holds...ie. a 00 cap holds .39 grams of protein.

step 3- math...say your useing Mr. T's capper that holds 50 caps...multiply .39 times 50 and you get 19.5 grams.

step 4- say were making nolva @ 10mg caps...so 50 caps times 10mg = 500mg...or .5 grams.

step 5- subtract your powder weight (.5g's) out of your filler weight (19.5g's) and you get 19 grams of filler, and .5 grams of powder...that mix will make you 50 caps @ 10mg.

step 6- mixing...mix the powder and filler real good in a ziplock baggie for 5-10 minutes...then heres my personal trick...get a flour, or powdered sugar sifter at wally world and sift the powder into a dish of some sort...

step 7- fill your capper with the bottoms of the empty caps...then pour your powder over the top of them.

step 8- work the powder into the caps with the plastic "credit card thingy"...and tamper the caps full untill all of the pwder is inside the caps...

step 9- put the top half of the caps on, and BAM! you have 50 Nolva caps @10mg per cap.

This applies to all gear...say you want 50 winny caps @ 25mg pre cap...same thing- (.39 x's 50= 19.5) and thats your filler weight. (25 x's 50= 1250mg, or 1.25 grams) thats your powder weight. Subtract 1.25 from 19.5= 18.25...so you need 18.25 grams of protein powder and 1.25 grams fo winny powder...mix, cap and BAM!...50 winny caps @ 25mg each.

Armidex:
Highest concentration made - 5mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Anastrozole powder you will need:
19.9 ml's PEG 300
179.1 ml's of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Clomid:
Highest concentration made - 50mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Clomiphene Citrate you will need:
8.4 ml's of PEG 600
10.5 ml's 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Dianabol:
Highest concentration made - 50mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Methandrostenolone powder you will need:
19 ml's of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol
No PEG needed. Follow the no PEG recipe.

Femara:
Highest concentration made - 5mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Letrozole powder you will need:
19.9 ml's PEG 300
179.1 ml's of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Nolvadex:
Highest concentration made - 20mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Tamoxifen Citrate you will need:
9.8 ml's of PEG 600
39.2 ml's of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Proviron:
Highest concentration made - 50mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Mesterolone you will need:
8.4 ml's of PEG 300
10.5 ml's 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Winstrol:
Highest concentration made - 25 mg/ml
Per 1 gram of Stanzolol you will need:
7.8 ml's of PEG 300
31.2 ml's of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Solutions requiring PEG and 190 Proof Alcohol

Step 1. Prepare a hot water bath. Boil water in microwave or on a pot. Once boiling starts remove from heat.

Step 2. Place PEG and powder in beaker.

Step 3. Place the beaker deep enough in to the water so that the hot water is level with the PEG and powder. Gently swirl or stir with a stir rod until solution is clear. Reheat water as needed.

Step 4. Allow PEG to cool some. Then add in your 190 proof alcohol. You don't have to do this drop by drop but don't just dump it in. Pour it in slowly.

Step 5. Stir or gently shake until mixed.




For recipes that do not require PEG.

1. Mix powder and 190 proof alcohol.

2. Stir with stir rod or shake. Most powders that do not require PEG will disolve no problem. If heat is needed follow the instructions for heating powders that use PEG.

got a better way, worked for me. 1/8 of a cup of any powder will fill 50 caps if not tamped down. i had 10 grams of cialis powder, and no scale. wanted 400 caps at 25mg, so poured the powder into a one cup measureing cup. 1/8 cup times 8 = one cup. or 400 caps. filled the rest of the cup with flour , mixed the hell out of it. and made up the caps. ended with 406 caps for 24.64mg per cap. have used 4 so far and gave away 4 and only one compliant that said it didn't work for him, the 4 i took had perfect effect.

yes OO did up some anadrol 50mg a cap to, same way, had 5 g of powder mixed 1/4 cup of powder and flour made 104 caps , so about 48mg per cap, works for me .

I'm confused by your method bro, don't you have to empty all the Nolva out of the capsule machine and weigh it, to figure out how much Nolva fills each capsule? It's required to figure out the ratio of Nolva to protein or you'll get very inaccurate results. Different compounds (like Protein and Nolva (Tamoxifen Citrate) weigh different amounts for the same volume. If you subtract 100mg from the protein you would not have had properly dosed caps, because to fit in 10mg of Nolva we needed to subtract 87mg of filler.

Heres how I would do it, I'll keep to your digits but adding 1 variable for the weight of the Nolvadex per 24 capsules.

Step 1 - Figure out what your gonna use for a filler, we'll keep your same example and use protein

Step 2 - Fill the full capsule machine of 24 caps with filler, and then dump it out on a scale to see how much 24 capsules hold. This should be done to keep it more accurate as an estimate between 24 caps.

Step 3 - Repeat step 3 with Nolva

Step 4 - The math part try to follow along

So we want to make 100, 10mg capsules of Nolva.....

The filler has a weight of 9.36 grams per 24 capsules. 9.36/24 = .39 grams a capsule, therefore .39x1000 = 390mg protein filler a capsule.

The Nolva has a weight of 10.8g per 24 capsules. 10.8/24 = .45g a cap, .45 x 1000 = 450mg capsule

Now we have to solve the ratio

10mg Nolva = Unknown amount of filler
450mg Nolva = 390 mg filler

(100mg Nolva x 390mg filler) /450mg Nolva = 86.6 Repeating rounded up to 87 mg filler. What you just figured out there is the unknown mg filler that must be removed to make room for 10mg Nolva.

390mg filler - 87mg = 303mg which is how much filler you will use per capsule

303mg filler X 50 capsules = 15,150mg in 50 capsules

10mg Nolva X 50 = 500mg Nolva

To make 50, 10mg capsules of Nolva, we need 500mg Nolva and 15150 mg of protein filler (15.150g)

I'm pretty sure my calculations are right if I'm off at all let me know. Can't remember my source but I learned to do this years ago for making properly dosed creatine/glutamine capsules.

did it by volume not wieght, figured out how much volume 400 caps would hold, thats how many caps i wanted out of the amount of powder i had and made up that much powder an fill mix. if u got 10g(10000mgs) / 400 caps is 25mgs per cap..wieghed out a few and they are very close. and the 4 i took all felt the same .

Or you can press your pinky to your tongue and dip and that's usually 10-15 mg of powder. It's not scientific but it's pretty accurate.

If you only made 50 caps of nolva with 5g of powder, they would be 100mg each. Did you mean 500 caps?

This does not work so great, You will meed to reheat and shake solution every time prior to administering, as you will have 2-3 grams of powder crash out after cooling.
