the gas will lessen when your body adjusts to the increase in protein... or you just learn to like your own stench... either way!!
(isoflex makes me less of a fart machine and tastes good too)

this usually happens when people by shitty protien from no name companies.
stick to the tried and true products, not that crap u buy at grocery stores or drug stores.

stuff like optimum, allmax, bio-x. pvl, cytosport
