Saturday, Sunday and Monday, from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

The Festival has been hosting a strength athletes championship for 11 years. For the third consecutive year, the North American Strength Athletes Championship will be taking place right here in Gatineau. The six most invincible men in the Canadian Federation of Strength Athletes (CFSA) and six superhuman American athletes will face off in nine events.

In 2008, during the championship finals, two Quebecers vied for first prize, with Gatineau’s Jessen Paulin finally defeating Christian Savoie.

As far as I know thuere's only one guy from Ontario competing, Luke Skarrup... He's a big boy and just starting to come into his own in strongman, I'm hoping he has a good day, he was pretty psyched when he was asked to compete.
