I've never seen the appeal of the Boondock Saints. Lots of people love it, I hated it. That old guy with Tourettes was just a lame joke.

I have to admit I am excited about Saints 2. Part of me also wishes it was never made. Hollywood has ****ed up so many good movies with bad sequels in the last few years.

It would suck to see a movie with such a strong cult following tarnished by a bad sequel.

Apparently Troy Duffy is a huge dick with an even bigger ego that pretty much killed his career. He really has something to prove with Saints 2 …(make or break for the guy) IT BETTER BE GOOD.

I think a prequel would have been BAD ASS…how the boys learned and got to be how they are.

saw this movie on Friday and it was pretty good, there were some cheesy parts but all in all a good movie I'd give it an 8/10 very similar to the first.

Oh my good god this movie is ****ing terrible.

I'm about 30 mins in and it's just AWFUL. Canadians sure do know how to ruin a potentially good movie. The slapstick comedy they've attempted is completely out of place. The actors are talentless hacks. Whoever casted this movie, obviously attempted to get people who looked similar to the characters in the first (aside from the original stars), but they all can't act worth shit.

Editing is sloppy. Directing is worse.

So far, 30 mins. in, this movie SUCKS - 2/10.


I'm going to keep watching and hope it gets better.


EDIT: nope. didn't get any better. this movie flat out sucked.

Yea, this pretty much sums it up, the southern chick was really annoying... The new guy, the mexican one was so ****ing terrible... I gotta agree 6/10. I really have no idea how the third one is going to turn out, since they kinda said they were going to have a third of the saints being broken out.

****ing horrible. One of the worst flicks I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. The wife and I had to turn it off after a half hour of seeing the worst acting imaginable. The first one was pretty good, not outstanding, but pretty damn good.

It wasn't as good as the first but still very well done. Julie benz was crap and one of the twins aged a lot since the first movie. But very entertaining nonetheless.
