Phenibut?!!

Anyone here have any experience with phenibut? I tried it last night for the first time, started out with 1000mg and felt very little so a couple of hrs later took another 1000mg. An hour after the second dose it hit, a mild euphoric feeling that was very peaceful. It was a good time, but today am I ever ****ing lethargic and lazy, I could barely get up at noon(normally up at 8 on weekends) and feel as though I could sleep all day.

What r others thoughts on phenibut?

Most online American supplement stores carry it, but only a few Canadian one's sell it(probbly not supposed to).

Phenibut is one of those supplements that will be banned soon just like GHB was legal once. Many believe it is safe and harmless, but it does have side effects. The effects on the brain are simular to drugs at low dosages and plays with your feel good neurotransmitters into raising them which gives you the euphoric feeling. The next day though it leaves your brain feeling depleted and you end up feeling tired, lazy and unmotivated kind of like a hangover. This happens to lots of people who take phenibut. It is also addicting.

Good info TFL. IMO it is not worth doing, the hangover isnt worth the mood enhancement it gives.

I have tried it many times, its in the same family as benzodiazepines, it actually makes me feel sick. I find there to be no benefit.
