OK I am having trouble with my right arms outer tricep. Its about half a inch smaller than my left anyone know specific exercises I can do to target the outer tricep head?
skull crushers work the best for me for building my tri's.
start out with lighter weights for more reps then after a couple warm ups go as heavy as possible. dont overwork them either. too much arm work for me results with less growth.
wide grip pressdowns are useful as well

Close grip bench press and weighted dips (plus skull crushers as an isolation exercise) are my 3 triceps specific exercises. Plenty of pressing works pretty good too.

I actually do both of those already.....I dunno maybe its genetics or I gotta do more single arm exercises and do a few extra reps for my right side.

Dips and single arm extensions on cables with the D handles isolates my outer tris the best

Try overhead db extensions.....one arm at a time. Excellent for the outer head of the tris.
Really? i love this exercise, but i always feel it in the inner long head of my tris.. i guess everyone is different
