been on masteron 150mg eod and primo ace 75mg ed for 5 weeks now,strenght has gone up and weight is up 4lbs. doing cardio 4x week 30 mins and lifting 4x a week,eating clean high protein moderate carbs.havent really got any leaner yet,anybody?
6 ft 2 210 lbs 34 years old lifting for 10+ years bf 12%

increase intensity of your cardio...

Primo Acetate comes only in oral form.
primo + masteron isnt gonna lean you out....for leaning out all you need is 500mg test a week and a good diet.......these compounds you are on will just give you a temp hard look and mostly if you are under 10% bf anyways......if i was you...and i'm not....id cut this short and hop on some test and get busy with the diet...then when you are seeing your abs you can add the masteron and primo(dont buy anymore primo its a waste under 100mg/day) back in and BAM you lookin lean and hard and vascular as shit!

Nice post tex...very true...aas dont burn fat...diet is key...add in cardio daily as well.

im doing 3egg omlette and 2 slices brown toast for breakfast, muscle milk post wrkout, brown rice and chiken breast for afternoon lunch,muscle milk for dinner and cottage cheese before bed, cardio 4x week for 30 min empty stomach. my last cycle i did test e 400 a week and got very bloated,i wanted to stay away fromn the test this time.

Carbs are too high, protein is too low, not enough meals, not enough cardio. 400mg test wont bloat you if your diet was tighter. If it stil i a problem and AI such as aromasin will prevent that.

masteron and primo do basically the same thing. both are not cutters but actually harden your physique. if your bf is not low you are not getting the best out them. google them. you should use them at the end of a cycle but not to cut. want to cut prop, tren ace, eq, later winny and anavar, good cardio lots of protein...

I find it interesting/odd that testosterone did not reduce visceral fat.

anavar has been known to help reduce trunk fat. 40 mg ed 8 wks. but you have to eat normal. it will not aromatize but does lower SHBG and LH a bit. it's not an ideal bodybuilder AAS but would be good for hockey players, basketball, soccer palyers.. get the jest of it...
