just wondering what everyones slin protocol is? Also if you're using gh or igf how do you incorporate it with the slin?

i dont have one...and unless you are a national level competitor you wont need one either!! just my .02 :)

Lol why is it that you have to be a national competitor to use all the toys? No offence just never really understood the thinking behind this one... If I go to the gym and follow a strict ass diet and go ball's out how does it make me any different from a national competitor minus the stepping on a stage?

Doesn't matter anyways- I'm just interested in everyones protocols... If someones going to run gh from everything I've ever seen it makes a lot more sense to run slin alongside it.

It never makes a lot of sense but I get the attraction. SO freaking powerful I just had to try it. Over the counter purchase in Canada and so cheap but OMG it sucks when you use to much and crash. I thought I was going to die but felt fine after getting some sugar in me. Still scared the crap out of me. Start low and listen to your body. Keep a candy bar or glucose paste on you at all times bro. It's not like test where you can just keep upping it until you have a few negative sides. I guess the whole "if you're pro" comment was talking about commitment but it sounds like you are. It's the only thing that ever really scared me like that though. GH you'd want to take for months at a minimum - don't think I'd have the discipline to have the perfect diet to be on slin that long.

And I've used slin before... I know the sides and everything.

I just wanted to know what everyones protocol was and what they fealt worked well for them with minimal fat gain :)

Last time I used it I used it and put on a little too much fat using 3x/day (was way too much slin and put on waaaay too much weight)- I've heard of pre-wo protocols and was interested in that as well. And also wondering how well gh works with slin while keeping bf% low and putting on some weight.

Currently 5 iu's with breakfast and another 5 iu's post workout.
with 2.5 iu's gh ed

750 mg test / week
300 mg npp / week
50 mg tbol / ed

25 mcg aromasin e3d
250 iu's hcg e3d

I was trying 10 iu's 3x/week pwo with 6 grams of dextrose per iu previously but even with the dextrose and a meal I felt groggy. At 5 iu's I have no negative symptoms.
