I had a guy at work complain about how expensive BB is (said that's why he didn't do it!!)
but every day he had a tim hortons and a muffin in the morning (when I saw him)... that has to be like 4 or 5 bucks?... no?
look for the sales on chicken then buy a bunch or sales on beef or whatever... and don't forget about Beans!!

No doubt, people in my grad class always comment that i "must spend soooo much on food" or "it has to be expensive eating like that!". But when i tell them i spend $250/month at costco and another 100 or so on supplements they realize its much cheaper than their daily Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Lunch Out, Appetizers and drinks, Starbucks, Dinner out regiment.

The cheapest way to get your protein bill down is eat carbs.
rice, beans, pasta and potatoes are all good cheap food once you've got enough grams of protein in the tank,.
