so im in my 6th week of my cycle.

30mg dbol ED week 1-4
.25 mg arimidex ED 1-12
500mg test e/week 1-12

anyway my right nipple is sore and i notice some hard tissue under the skin(prolactin?) today i upped the arimidex to .5mg.

i have letro on hand and wondering if i should just try to stomp it out now instead of waiting to see if the increased arimidex will do the job.

Could be the test hu? Got nolva on hand? If so jump on it 60mgs ed for 7 days, and 40mgs for 7 more days.

An aggressive approach until the sides subside IMO is best.

Start dosing novla at 40mg till the pain subsides and keep arimidex @ .5 for the rest of the cycle.

x2.. if you dont have nolva start hitting up the letro till it subsides.. could take a few days.. it wont reverse over night, so dont panic

You ****er! Id love to get that surgery done... gyno is the only reason i dont increase my test past 500mgs... my nips always swell up.. but they never go past a certain point.. then once i come off it goes away totally.. The thing i notice too is my first 10 weeks i swell up... then the longer i stay on my body seems to adjust and the swelling basically goes away after 10+ weeks.. weird

You could bump up the arimidex to 1 mg ED if you wanted but I personally have had better success with Letro.

I'm sensitive to gyno myself and I always use Nolvadex. If I need something stronger I use letro. Years ago I developed a hard lump under one nipple and the letro took care of it completely.

For prolactin gyno symptoms I believe you use Dostinex (cabergoline) or Parlodel (bromocriptine mesylate)

It freaked me out the first time too but Nolva took care of it in pretty short order. Doubling the a-dex helps tons and faster to hit the problem then the Nolva even but together they'll lick those nips for sure!

I Believe that the gov in Canada will pay for it, if you can prove to them that it is affecting your life: pain, and also personal image.(not as black and white)

It is one of those gray areas, and it def sounds as though they take case by case and make a decision in such manner.

I'd say use 1 mg of arimidex ED for six weeks or so then go back to .5 ED. Nolvadex can't hurt but I've never found it nearly as effective as adex. Letro is such an estro suicide – and we do need estrogen – that I avoid it entirely.

If your only using dbol and test then I believe (not totally sure though) you shouldn't have prolactin gyno symptoms.

You have a excess buildup of estrogen so hit it with Nolva and letro.

Again I'm not totally sure but I think if you develop gyno from Deca or some certain other AAS then you address it with bromo or cabergoline

Do you think there's any chance your Dbol is actually M1t?

pretty sure it was dbol but there's always the chance it wasn't i suppose.
i stopped taking dbol a week+ before these symptoms showed up.

Yeah, Alberta covers it 100% inc followups and everything, many provinces do not cover it tho its deffinatly not a cross canada thing.

I've heard that the surgery is pretty serious.
Would recommend trying all other alternatives first.

Yeah, I think minus the waiting the whole thing took well under 45min. I was doing light leg work within a few days I did take a month off of chest just to be safe tho.

Also once you have it done you dont ever need to worry about gyno again which is super nice and actually saves a fair bit of cash since you dont need to run an AI on cycle or anything like that.

I didn't know that. Why does it stop future gyno? What do they take out exactly? I thought it was just the tissue that developed.

Even men have gland tissue that sits behind the nipple, this is the tissue that swells or grows causeing gyno. When you have the surgery they excise (remove) all of that tissue. Its also common practice from what I was told to also do lypo around the area as well to make sure the surface if flat and uniform.

I dont think it is possible for steroids to cause gyno if that tissue it no longer there.

depends

on the severity of that persons gyno, but some Doc I know do leave a certain amt of the gland in place......some lypo is included yes, which is cool

so today is the 6th day of nolvadex, tenderness is down quite a bit.
starting to question the legitimacy of the arimidex, think it might be fake.

why do you think that?

Did you ever use that letro? I swear nolva rebound GAVE me gyno since I didn't taper it properly, and letro killed it in a week.

Just as Kronis says Letro works great. I had a hard lump and it took complete care of it. Hit the Letro lambchops!

so the lump is still there and the tenderness is still there, however not as bad as when i first posted this thread.

i have several types of things from the same lab and the arimidex tabs look completely different from everything else.

im probably gonna try out the letro while i wait for new arimidex.

should i continue the nolvadex or taper off it to try the letro?

That is so awesome. Why don't you hear about more guys doing it as elective surgery if you can just avoid gyno all together? I mean even if it costs a few G it'll save you a few hundred a year and you could go balls out right? Or have I over simplified the whole thing?

estrogen has more neg sides than just bitch tits... water retention, headaches.... actually the gyno is probably the least severe of the symptoms, just the most visible

water retention = high bp = damage to kidney / heart
