CBB,

I have a small software issue.

On my PC I have the blackberry software installed, which comes ON when the PC starts-up..I usually click it off, and it signs off.

The last few days the program has been attempting to log on, but freezes---NOT RESPONDING is the msg.

I have tried to shut it down, but it won't obey.
I have tried to go and UNINSTALL it, but Vista tells me that I need to shut the program down before proceeding.
Simple but complicated.

Feedback please:)
Thank you before hand!

try control alt and delete all at the same time to start task manager and see if you can shut it down that way. good luck.
