Hello people, see some familiar names here.

Here's quick of things;

Stopped training about 2 yrs ago, when I stopped I was 265 at about 16-17% BF. I'm now 261 at about 30% BF (Maybe more but I'm afraid to check)

Goal; diet hard for 12 weeks, looking to get down under 20% and then re evaluate (after my vacation)

Supps being used, Test E and ephy's

Diet consists of not more than 2500 cals, not more than 150gr of carbs split pre and post workout only.

Day one was 2 days ago, Full body workout to try and get the DOMS out of the way. I managed to get out of bed today, barely.

Wish me luck......

Bigtred..you were missed. Nice to see you back.

Good luck in getting the workouts in order again.

To those who love the sport the sacrifices are not that bad..most of us live for the end, not dwelling on what we gave up for it.

Thanks for the encouragement.

2 weeks today, down 6lbs, feeling pretty good.

I can't have my cake and eat it too. No/low carbs means horrible workouts, no stamina and almost no pumps to speak of. But hey, it's working

Will be 5 weeks tomorrow. Down only 11lbs (a little disappointed as I was shooting for 3lbs a week) But on the bright side waist is down 4 inches, lifts are all up, stamina is improving. I haven't hit the calipers yet but I'm pretty sure BF is down 4 or 5 percent.

Wonder if I can keep the pace of about 1% drop per week? I'm sure it's more drastic at the beginning because of a shock to my system after the long layoff but it's nice just the same....

Any of you guru's think 1%BF drop per week is feasible?

1% bodyfat translates to about 2-3 pounds for you, and its entirely possible to lose 2 pounds of fat per week.

Almost cracked yesterday......really hungry, brain was playing tricks on me. I ended up binging, but kept it to proteins and fats only to stay in ketosis. I'm happy today that I didn't fall out of ketosis, but damn was it close!
