500mg 12 week test only with PCT be once every 18 months long term?

I am thinking not that bad if you keep up the cardio and eat well to prevent all the blood pressure and cholesterol issues.

Its a short and low dosed cycle with pct.... so I would say you would be fine, but only you and your body can tell.

If you said you want to do an 18 month cycle every 20 months with 1 gram of test and 1 gram of an anabolic..... different story hehe

There is no reason I NEED to be juicing but I work out year round and really enjoy the boost it gives my body and mind. Im over 30 now and a family man so I don't want to do something truly detrimental to my longevity for silly cosmetic reasons. I don't think it's as bad as many make out in moderation when used responsibly.

I think your taking a very responsible and mature approach to AAS use, thats great to see! Too many gung-ho types out there I think, that may suffer the consequences one day.

But I think a cycle as you outlined is likely just fine. The risk of any serious long term effects from it is very small I think.

There are places in Canada for HRT that are similar. There not covered by our MSP and are for males with andropause. They do blood work etc.. and if needed will prescribe low doses of HGH, androgel, the patch ect...
