By the time I got through my first heavy set of squats my lower back was pumped up to the point of being painful.

Water intake is good.

How much potassium/taurine is required to try to relieve this litlle issue?

I find its worse with the more carbs i eat... after a refeed with lots of carbs my lower back feels like hell on earth, i cant even fricken chew gum, my jaw and temple get a pump on! lol... i cant imagine what its gonna be like when i add dbol

Hmmm interesting, didn't really think about this till now. What do you think is the max amount of carbs you can take in per meal (or per day) and not experience the intense lower back pumps?

For me 150 grams of carbs a day seems to be ok, lower back pumps are barely noticable... as soon as i hit 200 to 250 i notice more intense back pumps.. after a refeed when im taking 300+ grams of carbs its ridiculous for a couple days after... its just something i noticed, it makes sense anyways cause after a refeed my whole body pumps up waaaaaay more from biceps to calves, quads, you name it

A frozen banana or two in every shake is so easy, makes it taste so much better and you don't have to worry about them going bad. I peel them then freeze them in a ziplock.
