Sent back a blackberry they lost it, they still charge me $700 for it although the tracking says its there..... **** up my plan month after month so I have to call in to correct it..... they credited my account once after correcting it then the manager went in and reversed the credit... bunch of ****ing crooks these people are.... Ted Rogers is a fag, dont care if he is dead, that son of a bitch must have a casket made out of gold pussy from the amount I pay on my cell bill every month..... what a joke...... Im sure all companies are similar

I couldnt agree more.

I love paying the activation charge every month too. No other country in the world pays it except us. Its the Canadian way to get bent over and reamed. We love it.

Ted Rogers sitting on the board for the CRTC was the biggest crock of s$%t in the world. No kidding we have it so bad in Canada. The rest of the world has great plans and way cheaper prices.

I've been talking about fighting the system and getting rid of my cell on and off for the last year, i hate paying for a service that costs them nothing. We definately get screwed in Canada.

i saw a FIDO commercial that said 2000 minutes/unlimited text for $40 ..i think you add it onto your existing plan though....its to replace your home phone with 'CITY FIDO'

Call your carrier and threaten to cancel you contract with the costumer service rep. As soon as you say the word cancel you get sent over to the Retention department to try to save you as a customer.

Here is where you need to pull out your bargaining/haggling skills and land yourself a sweet deal.


This is what I was able to score after talking to the girl at Rogers. My plan is a bit expensive thanks to the Iphone …but to me its worth every penny.

I switched to Fido recently, I have most of what is posted above and more for $70/month. And I didnt have to threaten to drop my service.

I get 16G/data plan w/ caller ID and visual voicemail, 250 mins, evenings and weekends and unlimited text.

Bell can go to hell... i was paying average of 80/month with Bell because of all my overuse. When I called to upgrade to a better plan, they said I would lose my promotional contract price and my service would go up etc... as soon as my contract was up I went over to Fido... I've been with a bunch of providers Bell was the worst.
