I would suggest your diet is not ideal. You might want to look at this:

1. Not enough meals- you need to eat more smaller frequent meals to increase metabolism
2. Need to be more balanced: your calorie and macro split (amount of carbs, fats and protein) need to be more balanced and equal from meal to meal
3. need to be more specific. whats in this "protein shake", are you measuring your cereal (is it a bowl the size of a bathtub?)...etc
If i were you id try out that dave palumbo diet as posted above as you are the perfect size for the 200lb diet

Protein Shake and Can of Tuna.......360cals
85g of protein?
I'm not even gonna touch this.

Follow the link above, it's a cookie cutter diet to follow.

Protein shake is just 2scoops ON gold standard whey......
I'm hittin the gym 5times a week for about an hour of weight training followed up by a 2mile 20min jog.

Monday - Back, Core
Tues - Chest
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Shoulders, Traps, Core
Fri - Arms

And yah i actually measured out the cereal in the bowl i use and then added in the milk to get an accurate cal/protein count.
U said I need more equal proportioning in each meal, but are the foods solid choices too??

This may not be the ideal diet, but you will lose weight on it....

yah , like cmoney said because you will be at a caloric deficit you "will" lose weight on it...but it is not ideal as far as how you will feel energy wise, whether you maintain muscle on it ...etc. try the palumbo diet for a 200lb man, you can still use your optimum nutrition 100% whey, the whole eggs, the chicken, the salad...etc
just have to get rid of the rice and cereal and add it a few things
