Sub B. I nev er do HCG IM. Sub Q works just as well imo.

Not at all. Many people I know do this and they never noticed any diffirence at all.

Ya! I always wondered about that...thinking maybe the alcohol in the B-12 if there is any? would destroy the HCG. I use to put the B-12 in my winny back when when I did winny.

I have heard of alot of people putting B-12 into T-400 or big Mg per ML dosed gear to thin it out and smooth the shot abit. I just use 1/2 cc ed. I use a slin pin into my stomach, no pain. It helps increase red blood cell count as well as for all you hard gainers; increase in appetite... Good stuff. Just ask at any pharm in Canada. I have never had a problem.
